Dr. Reichwein arranges for Tenma to live in a safe-house while he and Dr. Gillen attempt to figure out their next steps. However, Tenma leaves the safe-house and leaves Dieter with Dr. Reichwein while he tries to track down Johan, and purchases a sniper rifle.
